Gathering Space
We have a gorgeous 1000 sq ft. conference space with bamboo flooring, surrounded by windows with garden views. This is a spacious sanctuary perfect for yoga, dance, movement, meditation or bodywork practice. This space is equipped with yoga mats, blocks, blankets, and straps. There are backjacks for 20 guests and seating for 20 more. Our spacious Lanai overlooks our native garden and comes with coffee and tea service daily. Join us for one of our ongoing yoga classes 5:30-6:30 Tuesdays and Thursday.
Accommodations
Our Accomodations sleep up to 15 people for group retreats or for family or couples vacations rentals. We have 5 different rentals to choose from.
Hawaiian Lomilomi Massage
... is a Hawaiian healing art passed down through generations. Ultimate Four Hand Lomilomi Massage
... is a very special technique that is a more recent healing expression of lomilomi. This unique experience involves two massage therapists simultaneously nurturing your body with the traditional flowing lomi strokes, facilitating a sense of complete surrender within.

Reflexology Treatment
... is a gentle art form based on the notion that the body has an internal system of energetic meridians that correspond to precise reflex points on the foot. These points are stimulated creating balance, connectedness, and relaxation.

Thai Massage Session
... is an interactive massage where the practitioner promotes flexibility, body alignment, expansion of breath, and deep connectedness of the body and mind by placing the recipient in various lengthening, yoga-like postures.

Reiki Chakra Balancing Session
...is a universal language of flowing energy that allows one to release negativity, align and open the chakras and reconnect an individual with the light of their true nature. The practitioner acts as a conduit of healing energy, holding a sacred space for the Divine Source to bathe the recipient in light and love.

Restorative Fitness Session
... is a term I like to use to describe a variety of exercise techniques I have incorporated into my practice. I combine my background in Physical Therapy therapeutic exercise with my knowledge of postural alignment, proper body mechanics, Pilates, Yoga poses, and balance exercises, to create an individualized program for general health/fitness or for rehabilitation from injury. 45 min - $50
Includes: Session incorporating Therapeutic Exercises, Pilates, and Yoga to compliment your body’s specific needs.
