Primordial Sound Meditation is a mantra based program developed by Deepak Chopra, MD. I earned my certified in 1995 in La Jolla, CA after an intensive year of study. I have continued with my studies with Deepak over the last 12 years. I recently returned from Whistler, BC where I learned advanced meditation techniques with Deepak as well as experiencing 3 days of silence.
